The Seminar Room, Department of Pathology located at Level 15, Pre-clinical Block is equipped with facilities such as a computer set, LCD projector, audio-visual equipment, speakers, rostrum, meeting table set and seminar desk set. This room can accommodate a maximum of 60 people in one session.


In line with the development of new technologies and techniques in the slide imaging system, the Department of Pathology has sought to become a center of learning and research that provides latest and advance facilities. 21 Headed Microscope is the only microscope in the Faculty of Medicine UKM and in Malaysia that has 21 observers in one slide viewing time. This means that the 21 Headed Microscope can accommodate a total of 21 observers during an observation session.


The Pathology Museum was established along with the establishment of the Department of Pathology, Faculty of Medicine UKM in 1972. Pathology field is one of the area in medicine that studies the development of human disease and it includes a number of sub area namely hematology, chemical pathology, cytopathology, histopathology and forensics. The Pathology Museum is set up to gather and keep collection of unique, interesting and rare pathology specimens from either the histopathology or forensic laboratory of Hospital Canselor Tuanku Mukhriz UKM.
